Ara is fully conversant in English and Armenian and can comfortably represent any buyer or seller in these languages. Ara's special forte is residential and commercial real estate, including 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.

Ara has a GRI designation.
The GRI is considered by many real estate industry professionals to be the most advanced and comprehensive training program available to real estate agents in North America.


On a more personal level, Ara graduated with a degree in Finance from Cal State University Fullerton, where he played Division One football. Later, Ara was a second-round draft pick for the Hamilton Tiger Cats of the CFL.
